One of the most unforgettable moments in my journey happened when I had
the chance to hand my book, Jesus in My Corner, to none other than the
legendary Chris Eubank. I still remember the pride I felt placing that copy in
his hands — a man I admired so much during my own boxing days. What happened
next blew me away: Chris Eubank took a photo holding my book and shared it on
social media.
To see a fighter of his stature — a world champion and icon — holding Jesus
in My Corner meant more to me than I can put into words. It wasn’t just
about the photo; it was about what it symbolized. It showed how far I’d come —
from being trapped in a dark cycle of violence and alcohol to becoming a man
saved by faith, purpose, and the love of Jesus.
There was a time in my life when I felt like I was fighting a losing
battle — trying to win a war on my own strength. But the truth is, I couldn't.
I didn’t have to. Once I gave my corner to Jesus, everything changed. And that
moment with Chris — it felt like a little nod from above, reminding me how
important it is to keep sharing my testimony.
Today, I speak in prisons, in churches, in halls filled with broken
hearts and searching souls. My mission is to reach those the world forgets —
the fighters still battling silently. That photo with Chris Eubank? It was more
than a proud moment — it was a sign that the message is spreading, one heart at
a time.
